Research Interests:

Current projects investigate: effects of various life-style modifiers, including nutrition and physical activity, on bone health, weight reduction and bone preservation in postmenopausal women; bioavailability of calcium, magnesium, and zinc and their competitive interaction during absorptive processes; biological pathways and identification of new cellular metabolites in adipose and bone tissue.
